Disney California Adventure Park
Opened in 2001, Disney California Adventure was themed for the state of California with miniature representations of major landmarks such as the Golden Gate Bridge and Santa Monica Beach. The guide noted that it was one of the more thrill-oriented Disney parks, with attractions including California Screamin', the swinging gondolas of its Ferris wheel, the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, The Little Mermaid Ariel's Undersea Adventure, Soarin' Over California, and a nighttime water and light show.
